Halesworth Campus
We are a charity developing a large sports complex on the former middle school site in Halesworth. We are about to begin construction on the first phase which comprises a 3G all-weather pitch and a full-size grass rugby pitch. We are starting to plan our second phase which will include a gym, changing facilities, a cafe, studios and exterior landscaping with trim trail, a performance space, a playground and an al fresco eating area.
Volunteering opportunities
We are a small friendly group of volunteer trustees who have shepherded our project through many obstacles and setbacks. We bring varied skills and abilities as the project requires a wide range of disciplines. The planning stage for our second phase is an exciting time to join our board. We hope to transform the old middle school site into an important destination in the town with fitness and leisure opportunities for all ages and abilities, and we would welcome the energy and enthusiasm of new trustees to help bring this vision into being. If you would like to find out more, please get in touch. We’d be glad to hear from you.
